Third Life Docs Enter the town

How the town works.

Third Life is a small walkable town for Tezos art, in your browser: an old European village by the sea where invited artists hold plots, build galleries and hang their NFTs, and visitors walk in, meet each other and collect. These pages explain everything, and warn you where it matters.

Five things to know first

  1. You need a Tezos wallet to enter. Signing in is a message you approve in your wallet; it spends no tez. Anyone with a wallet may visit. Building needs an invitation, a gifted plot or a purchased plot.
  2. A plot is a renewable tenure, not ownership. You pay in tez for 3-month terms. It is not a token, not a share in the project and not an investment. How land works.
  3. Nothing is published without your wallet's signature. Not by us, not by an AI agent you connect. Publishing a plot spends no tez.
  4. Everything that loads has a budget. A 16 m plot publishes at most 25 MB of its own files; NFTs you hang from your wallet are token references and do not count. The limits.
  5. Only show work you have the right to show. NFT metadata is not proof of authorship. Read the house rules.
